Kapil Jain

• With a corporate career of 25+ years in India and Germany, in various leadership roles spanning Management, Finance and Operations, Kapil has chosen to venture out to pursue his passion and vision through Ascentive Learning.
• As key member of the management team of Indian Oiltanking Ltd. (IOT), a JV between Oiltanking, GmbH and Indian Oil and was involved from concept to execution of various downstream infrastructure projects.
• He held positions of Group President of IOT's Terminalling Division, CFO of Oiltanking GmbH and Group CFO of IOT and managed operations at multiple sites in India with multi-billion INR investments and large operational teams.
• He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and alumni of London Business School.

Sanjay Dawar

• With his 360 Degree expertise and experience of nearly 28 years in operations, engineering, maintenance and HSSE; Sanjay is the architect-in-chief of our skill development solutions and is responsible for concept, design and development of these solutions.
• He has been in leadership roles in Assets and Operations in IOT and HPCL and has been involved in the execution, start-up and operation of many greenfield projects.
• Was a senior member of the Global Operations Group and team leader for Operations training and development.
• As co-founder of Ascentive, he is now translating his passion for excellence in Operations and HSSE into reality.
• He is a mechanical engineer and Certified Petroleum Manager from Indian School of Petroleum.

B V Raviprakash

• Ravi co-founded Ascentive Learning after 38 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry with BPCL and Indian Oiltanking Ltd.
• His career has spanned multiple industry segments – LPG, Retail, Marketing and Terminal Operations.
• He has worked in various functions - Sales, Operations, HSE and Project Management and implemented large infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning, with a strong focus on adopting safe working practices.
• He has an enduring desire to bring out the best in his team and has always devoted considerable energy and thought in developing and training his team members. He has coached his teams to deliver their best and cultivate a culture of excellence.
• He is a mechanical engineer and has undergone specialized training in India and abroad in areas covering Project Management, HAZOP, etc.

Ritesh Verma

• Ritesh is responsible for developing the IT Vision and Strategy for Ascentive Learning and leading the innovation, development and management of IT Platform for delivering best-in-class learning solutions as competitive value proposition to customers.
• He was Head IT for Indian Oiltanking Ltd. for over 19 years. He was responsible for development and implementation of IT strategy for the business group and managed IT Governance and Compliance, ERP platform, Communication Systems, IT Networks and Security.
• He was also responsible managing the implementation of large IT projects in close coordination with the Global HQ in Germany.
• He is a keen learner with strong analytical capabilities. He has an engineering background, with specialization in mechatronics and industrial automation.
